I used to be either intimidated by cooking or simply uninterested in it. After graduating from college and finding myself with more free time, I decided to take my fitness journey more seriously. Highly recommended! Super Tasty!

I've been loving the meal prep recipes! Every dish is delicious, and the tips are super helpful. Can't wait to try more and fill my freezer!

Cooking for my young family used to be so stressful, but the Chill Recipes Indian cookbook has changed everything. Now, I make delicious meals like the Slow Cooker Butter Chicken and Red Thai Curry Chicken in big batches, and our freezer is always stocked. The Sweet Spot

Diet culture teaches us that we have to make a choice between:

1) Eating delicious great tasting foods that are “bad” for you

2) We eat “healthy” food that is boring, bland, and doesn’t taste any good.

Many people still believe that we have to decide between these two options.
